Since my book has been published I will not add more chapters to this site. What I hope to do in the future is respond to comments/questions I get from those who are reading it.
The book is available from IUniverse.com, Amazon, or can be requested from any bookstore.

Even though I have not received my first copy, I saw on Amazon today that my book can be ordered! It is available where ever fine books are sold!
